The clock strikes 1.03am upon writing this. Just finishing up the last of my packing before I head off to Bergen tomorrow, to visit my family. Marte couldn’t come unfortunately, so I’ll be traveling alone. I’ll get to see my nephew again, and spend some time with my parents and sisters. I don’t really see them much, as we live quite the distance from each other. But this visit will be good. God knows I need it.
Not much has been written these past few weeks, I know. Not that I haven’t had anything to say, it’s just hard to put words on feelings. Some feelings I haven’t allowed to voice at all, probably never will.
Our next visit to the doctor’s will be the 15th of May, we’ll see Michael Sebastian kicking around some more in mommy’s belly. Marte has been sensing him kick more and more of late, and even I have had the good fortune of feeling it once in a while. Marte’s mom will accompany us, which is nice. A free ride is always appreciated. And she’s a good person, of course. :P
Still many things to think about, but trying to deal with one thing at a time. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. And the one after that.
